Crater Forest is a small tented camp on a highland coffee plantation at 1800m altitude, bordering the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area (NCAA) and offering views of surrounding hills and coffee plantations.The eco-friendly camp has 15 spacious tented rooms with en-suite bathrooms, hot showers, flush toilets, and African-style fire pots for warmth. The rooms are on elevated platforms with views over Ngorongoro Forest, where you can watch wildlife like elephants and hear lions roar. In the morning, wake up to the sounds of the forest and the rising sunlight for a new day in nature.
